OUR ETHOS
We curate the brands carried in FIELD through a due diligence process anchored by our four Brand Pillars. Brands must also manufacture products with proven, science-backed technology, utilizing clinically proven plant-based or safe synthetic ingredients. We prioritize brands who share our four Brand Pillars: Ingredient Integrity, Community, Sustainability and Conscientious Growth. Our banned ingredients list includes but is not limited to: parabens, phthalates, sulfates, petrochemicals, and silicones. We consult the Environmental Working Group Skin Deep Cosmetics database, the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics Red Listed Chemicals and the IFRA Standards when we vet brands and products. Most importantly, products we carry are required to be cruelty-free and vegan. All brands must follow FDA regulations and list all ingredients on their packaging by INCI name and in order of percentage.
