RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We love our products and hope you will too! As a small business, we limit returns and refunds to products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, email us a photo of the item and a description of the damage.
All damages need to be reported within 14 days of delivery. We only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable; if the outer packaging is crushed or marred but the actual product is usable and unaffected, we will not accept an exchange for that item.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We don't like to wait for our stuff either! All in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible but can take up to 48 hours to ship.
Orders placed on holidays or the weekend will be fulfilled on that following Monday. Please keep in mind that holidays or inclement weather may delay shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email upon your order, and another one with a tracking number when it ships. We almost always use USPS Ground
Advantage or Priority shipping, depending on your zone, but may use another shipping provider if it is more economical. Pro tip: During the holiday season it gets crazy busy, so be sure to leave enough time to get your holiday orders in!

We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
At this time, we do not ship Internationally, or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau or US Virgin Islands.

We ship pretty quickly! Therefore your order can’t be cancelled after you receive confirmation.

Excuse our reuse! We use recycled and recyclable packing materials, so if you get a box with a brand logo, it’s because we are reusing it.
Please pay it forward and either reuse or recycle our shipping materials.

We sometimes offer discounts and other promotions, so be sure to sign up for emails to be the first to know. Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
Our promotions are limited time only and cannot be applied to past orders.
All discounted merchandise is final sale and can’t be returned.

Typically you will not be able to use more than one discount code, or use a discount code on sale or clearance items. But go ahead and try – sometimes we let you double up!
INGREDIENTS AND PRODUCT QUESTIONS

None of the products we carry contain animal sourced ingredients or test on animals and most are certified cruelty free by a reputable third party.
FIELD is a cruelty free and vegan store, no compromises.

Check the product label for shelf life after opening.
We communicate with our brands the importance of having a shelf life of two years from our receipt of the products.
We follow a FIFO (first in, first out) protocol and keep a check on expiry dates.
Be sure to read the use and safety instructions provided on the packaging.

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased online and physical gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at our retail location.
These gift cards can be used interchangeably on our website or in-store at our flagship store in Augusta, GA.
