In the shower, wet hair and hands. Place metal tube key provided over top of tube and roll down gently to dispense a 1 inch strip of the concentrate (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands and then spread evenly through very wet hair, working from ends upwards. Rinse well. Adjust dose as needed.
